I am in Dominican Republic with no signal on my phone I cannot make calls texts or anything just WiFi connecting with hotel broadband.
desperately need to access my phone!
and there is NO customer service email for ee???

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?
Has your phone worked abroad previously?

In am very sorry to hear you have no signal on your phone.
Are you with us on pay as you go or pay monthly?
If you have a pay monthly account, could you try logging into your My EE account online. Then go to Menu > Account Settings > Control Content > Roaming abroad> Does this show as ticked?

Have you logged in to your account at id.ee.co.uk/id/login and followed the instructions posted by @Leanne_T?
Are you the account holder?
