Hi,
I am a PAYG customer who needs to keep my EE sim active in Australia. I am trying to send a text so that I can do that but I am not able to. I am receiving text messages from EE but cannot send?
Have been through the settings. I am connected to the Telstra network but I am being blocked somehow?
Any ideas please?

Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
