Hi, I upgraded to a Google Pixel5 5G in June 2021. Recently it has started dropping calls after a couple of seconds to a few minutes. Obviously I haven't been able to connect to the Ee helpline. Is there a fox for this?

Is this problem area-specific, or does it happen in multiple locations?
Do you know any friends or relatives who also use EE in the same areas - do they have similar issues?

I haven't needed to make calls away from home, but no one I know on Ee seems to be having issues

Are you connected to WiFi when at home?
