I traveled abroad and since I came back my phone has refused to work. I have ordered a replacement SIM 2 times and still. At the moment I cannot make it receive calls and I am paying monthly for this aervice. I cannot even call 150.

Are you able to head into your local EE store with photo ID? The team could issue a replacement SIM card for you straight away, so you wouldn't have to wait for one to be posted.
If you'd rather have one posted out to you, we do have to advise 3-5 working days. Our Customer Service team can confirm if your SIM replacement order was successful. Please call us from an alternative device if you'd like to double check.
