I was away last month in France for a week where I used data. Why am I being charged again this month when I haven't used it since??

It's the £2 per day EU roaming, which was a free add on. I paid for the extra roaming costs last bill date.

Are the daily charges listed for days you were still abroad?
It could be that your trip overlapped two billing periods.
