I have 298 websites hosted on SiteGround. Any client using EE Mobile cannot access their website. SiteGround support said because the SiteGround support team is in Bulgaria, they cannot identify the issue with EE because they do not have access to EE mobile phone. This is ridiculous, I will take legal action for damaging my business.

Hi All,
Really sorry that I can't come back here this evening with a more positive update 😞
The DNS, core and peering teams have been working on this all day and evening and are confident this fault sits outside of our network. With that said, we are escalating the issue to our peers, and will spend the night looking into different mitigation options that may be possible.

Thank you so much for the updates but I'm really skeptical. An official statement needs to be made by EE.

Day 6 and still no official update or statement from Siteground or EE.

I've just been going over our analytics, last month we saw a 300% increase in traffic after a huge marketing campaign compared to last years data, this was on the up and up, these past 5 days we're still seeing an increase but a drop of 60% percent traffic on mobile. How much revenue has been lost and not a word has been said by Siteground or EE officially.

We are back up and running as of about 5 minutes ago

Really? It's down for us still. Can you test DVIL.co.uk please?

I could kick myself for not switching away from SiteGround days ago. While I only have 30 or so domains hosted there, one site is a popular online shop and my livelihood.
I figured that as a market leader, EE would rectify this issue shar**bleep**. Siteground aren’t a bunch of amateurs. I didn’t at all envisage that 5 days in there would still be deafening silence from EE & no solid update or explanation from anyone, anywhere.
My personal mobile has been with EE since forever - was an old Orange contract initially - and have been with SiteGround for 8 years. I appreciate that no comms company is obliged to give you 100% connectivity and uptime, things do go wrong, and get fixed. But this is different gravy and leaving an incredibly sour taste. Appalling customer service & an insight into how much of a toss they actually give. An announcement & occasional update would have been more than sufficient- site owners and customers could then make an informed decision based on facts, not a decision based on panic/frustration.
95% of my customers are UK based, ~80% of those are on mobile, I wouldn’t like to guess how much revenue I’ve lost. So annoyed with myself for not taking the bull by the horns on Monday, thoroughly disappointed in EE’s customer service, and a bit miffed with SiteGround. Live and learn.

On my EE mobile connection your domain is down for me. As are mine.

Your site is now working for me, the fix is maybe just propogating out. That's on my EE business mobile network

To be fair to Siteground they have made a number of statements on their social channels and replied to my post on X with an update within 30 mins. The same can't be said for EE who's complete silence has been a disgrace.
