EE Blocked Siteground Websites

I have 298 websites hosted on SiteGround. Any client using EE Mobile cannot access their website. SiteGround support said because the SiteGround support team is in Bulgaria, they cannot identify the issue with EE because they do not have access to EE mobile phone. This is ridiculous, I will take legal action for damaging my business.

We have the same issue here - 4 sites all hosted with Siteground now inaccessible via EE. This is costing our business an untold amount of money in pointless Ad spend (as leads will get sent to form that doesn't work) and obviously the lost potential revenue of all those leads that would have converted (our AOV is around 8k per lead) so this potentially has cost us many thousands of pounds. What a ridiculous situation that noone at EE has reacted to the multiple raised tickets and cases in here sooner. Very unhappy 🤬

Is there any update on this - this is a major issue?

I have a website on siteground too and just been chatting with siteground support who pointed me to this thread. This has been happening since 31 January?? How is this not being fixed.

I own a few E-commerce businesses and also a big law firm which I shall not name here.

If this doesn't get resolved as soon as possible then we will sue EE for damages.

Thanks

Update: Nothing really good yet I'm afraid.
A couple of us in this thread have been communicating with the CEO's, Executive Complaints team by phone and emails. They have apparently raised this to their technical team.  I was told this could several days - possibly up to 7 days!!    I have explained in pretty strong terms, that whilst I have just one website affected, amongst all the other forum posters here there are several hundred, possible 500+ sites and associated businesses being affected by this EE DNS fault.

Then we’ll all just take this to court and sue for the money we lost, this is a serious nationwide matter and cannot be downplayed at all.

I only have about 30 domains on my SiteGround account, but several are e-commerce sites & at least one of those does six figures. EE refusing to serve those websites to their customers without explanation is quite extraordinary and very, very angry-making.

Why does it seem  to be impossible to get a solid update from EE regarding this?

It is - I've just put my EE sim in my router - no change!
