Data roaming package and upgrades

Travelled to Barbados on the 23rd and selected an additional package to be able to buy data whilst out there, 7 days In I receive a text, you can now pay for data…luckily our hotel had Wi-Fi or I wouldn’t of been able to wish anyone happy Christmas or speak with the 38 people who flew out to the island for a wedding. 
I’ve been with EE since it was T-Mobile and before that at one2one. To upgrade to an older model iPhone it’s 69 pounds a month.

sky mobile offer 45 a month for exactly what I need. The app often doesn’t work, no one replies to the emails….what’s keeping me here?

@TomFooleryFry69  Sky mobile tariffs are usually 36 months not 24 like EEs

When did you activate roaming? When you were already abroad. It's great that the hotel had WiFi, that would mean that you wouldn't have to buy a data add-on.

 

Have you tried contacting our upgrades team through one of the contact methods on our get in touch page? They'll do their best to put a good deal together for you.
