Data roaming not working in australia

I arrived in Australia earlier today and activated the roaming pass after arrival, but it does not seem to be working?

It has been 24 hours and it is still not working. I have also tried to manually connect to networks with no success.

If more than 24 hours have passed, please ask the account holder to get back in touch with Customer Care.
