Contacting EE if you have no phone signal and online 'help' isn't?

Anyone know how to speak to someone at EE if you don't have a phone service, and the apps/help aren't helpful?

Long story short, I made the mistake of moving over from EE to Vodafone, and now trying to get back to EE and Vodafone have cut me off (being resolved as we speak).

Hi @HayWayne

Thanks for coming to the community.

We'd love to have you back on-board with us.

Do you have access to another phone at all? You can see all the numbers to reach our teams on our Contact Us page.

You can also call through Skype by dialling +44 800 079 8586 if you don't have access to another mobile or landline.

Hi Michael

Apparently Vodafone have reactivated my account, but seemingly still can't make calls. Just trying to get the PAC from them.

It's been an absolute nightmare - I should never have left EE.

I don't have Skype.

Cheers

I can imagine @HayWayne. I'd be lost if I lost service.

When was it that you ported the numbers away from EE?

Michael

Seems like forever ago, but coming up for 2 weeks now.

@HayWayne

If you don't have access to another phone or a friend/family device,  you can pop into any EE store who will be happy to connect you with Customer Service to reactivate your closed line.
