Cannot send SMS abroad

Both me and my partner have an S10, both with EE, contracts bought at same time a year ago.

We are in Spain however I can send an sms yet she can't.

Message centre number is correct.

She can receive sms and calls but cannot send an sms.

Phone has been soft started, all update done.

Can anyone help please

Is she able to make phone calls?

Are you able to access your My EE Account to check if international calls are enabled?

No she can't make calls

I can access myEE and I've noticed she hasn't got the travel data pass add on. Ive just added it.

All her other settings are the same as mine

So International calls are definitely active?

The travel data pass will provide you with data.

Are you both connected to the same roaming network?

Can you try manually connecting to another one?

What phone is she using?

The Travel Data Pass is of no effect in EU.
