Cannot receive calls

Hi  

I have already changed to EE for nearly half year. Recently, I found I can make calls but people can’t call me apart from  people also using EE. My husband also has the same problem. This has been going on for at least one month. Can anyone help? I tried to call 150, but your staff cannot call back to me either.

Do you have an EE number, or did you port your number in from another operator? Your symptoms are consistent with porting-data where only "on-net" callers can route.

EE staff would be calling from "on-net" and there should be no problem with them contacting you if necessary. Have you reported it to CS? If not, you should.
