Cannot reach support on 150 from EU

I am trying to reach EE support as cannot make calls in the EU even though have credit and when Dial 150 or any other EE helpline number I only get the top-up options. Have restarted phone etc.....

Did you use that SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad?
