Hi, I added the £10 add on when I visited the States last month, do I have to call to cancel it now I'm back or will it stop after 1 month? EE not very clear.. Thank you.

It should stop automatically when you're back in the UK. 

 

You should also be able to cancel this as on via your EE app.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@beckytilli , it should be under plans and add ons, click on add ons, you should find it there.

This is too late for you - but if anyone else is trying to solve the issue of removing a Roam Abroad Pass - trying to text EE just doesn't seem to work. Not good, as it is so easy to add it on that way, it should be just as easy to remove. However, once I managed to download & log into the App, it was easy to remove the pass in the Add-ons & Extras section. Calling them also works!
