Can’t receive calls

For about 3 week I’ve not been receiving any phone calls when people ring it says my number is not receiving calls but I can call people , I’ve tried a network reset as I saw it was suggested to someone else but it wasn’t any help, I’ve switched phones since my calls have stop receiving and still no help.

is their anything that can be done before I change my sim ?

Is your phone switched on and displaying signal bars when you miss these calls?

 

Is there any difference in behaviour depending whether the incoming call has caller-ID or not?

 

What phone are you using - is it Android or iOS?
