Can’t call mum on O2?

Hope you can help, since yesterday, I can’t call my elderly mum on O2 (goes straight to voicemail) or text her (she doesn’t get them?) Mum cand a call p/text me , other sister on O2 and brother on Vodafone can get through, just not me? (At first, we thought it was the weather, but it’s still the same today and network is ok?)
Mum uses an old Nokia phone (not smart)
Can you please help/advise?
not sure if it’s my end or mums, we are both reaching out for help…?

Thanks for your advice, tried this …didn’t help….mum has a really old Nokia phone and I couldn’t even find a block user option…we decided it could be her phone, (put her sim in my work phone and it worked)…(sorry for not trying that earlier)… and just before I bought her a new one, I wipedher phone, all the way back to factory settings….and it worked woohoo, pennies saved before Christmas and now less stress lol just need to get her phone back the way she likes it

I would first suggest checking whether either of you have, by accident blocked each others numbers. I had the same problem with my brother and we both sat down and re=entered the number afresh and it has worked since, hope this helps.
