I am in US and phone not picking up any network. Text for roaming add on before I left.
Go on to parental and data controls on my EE and it says roaming blocked. I have tried to change this and it says
“Sorry but we haven't been able to set up your changes.”
please help, I really need to use my phone while here

If this is showing blocked, you would need to give us a call and the team will get this looked into for you.

If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.
