Hi question if I have roam when I travel to the USA and somebody texts me from a number on my account back in England would that number get charged for texting/phoning my phone with me being in America. Would I be able to call the phone number in England and not be charged for this with it saying calls/texts/ data is the same as it would be at home, thank you

Anyone calling or texting your EE number is calling or texting a UK mobile number, regardless of where your phone physically is. It is you who roams, and is thus responsible for the incoming international aspect.
Outgoing calls or texts are charged at the rate set out on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs
The Roam Abroad pass enables use of your UK allowances while in the USA to call or text US or UK numbers within your bundle allowance.
