Calls from Greece

I can receive calls but cannot make outgoing calls connect. Can’t speak to EE as cannot call 150!!!

Thanks for coming here. 

Have you tried to manually search for another network in your phone settings to see if any show available and you can try and connect to? 

If so, can you make calls if you select another network?

Yes with no change in the result WIND.GR and Vodafone.GR both the same.
Incoming calls OK but cannot make outgoing calls al,though several days ago
Idid manaen a few calls but nothing for the past 48 hours. Hopeless!!

Are you in Greece wanting to use your phone for calls? This is roaming.

Or are you in the UK wanting to receive calls from Greece? This is normal usage and the source of the call is immaterial.

If you are roaming, does your phone show a local network connection?

Yes I have a local network connection and can receive incoming calls but
cannot get outgoing calls to connect
