Calls Not connecting

I have three lines on my contract. My own and my two children. I can call everyone else on my phone with no issues but when I am calling either of my children I get the message "I'm sorry calls to this number are not being connected. If you have dialed the number correctly then I'm afraid it means that the number is not available from this network" 

This has been the case for the last two weeks. They can call me with no issues. I have to call them via WhatsApp. Very frustrating when they are all in the one contract and not able to connect. Checked all phones and no numbers are blocked. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve this? 

@EE please provide advice to sort this.

I am having the same issue but only with my children's numbers, which are all with my contract. I have to call them via WhatsApp to get hold of them. And calling 150 isn't much help as every option I press it hangs up, can't get speaking to an actual person.

I'd recommend following the options to speak with our Tech Care team.

They will need to check your account to see if there are any restrictions on those numbers.
