CALLER UNABLE TO HEAR ME on PAYG NO CONTRACT OR BOOSTS OR PACKS.

SIMPLY TOP UP WHEN NEEDED.

ARE EE TRYING TO MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR NON PACK PAYG CUSTOMERS?????

I RECEIVE CALLS BUT THE CALLER CANT HEAR ME.

They retry to call and sometimes they can hear me but often not ( ie after 5 calls).

Phone has worked for ages. bought a new phone, inserted old SIM, still same problem.

cantacted EE they sent new SIM and kept old Number for obvious reasons.

Still not working.

@Boilerman2018   Having or not having a pack doesn’t have anything to do with the volume of a voice call.   Why do you think it does ?

@Boilerman2018 , the person who is calling you, have they made sure that the volume is up and not down?

If the caller cannot hear you, it sounds like it is down to them, not you, especially as you have bought a new phone and tested it with the SIM card and still getting the same result.

Is it just with one caller or is this happening with other callers as well?

As @Chris_B  has pointed out, has nothing to do with whether you have a pack or not, otherwise others would have the same problem, as many do not buy packs either. EE do not control volume of a voice call, that would seem ridiculous and a waist of their time.
