I have been trying to remove an add on which I used in Spain in August until September 6. 
your system is not working and I can not remove it.

please can you ensure this is not occurring extra cost to myself.

What add-on are you looking to remove, is this the roaming pass?

If yes, have you tried texting STOP ROAMING PASS to 150?
