Just a quick check - Im wanting to pay my Phone bill in full after it being in collections, once it's paid in full and im no longer in collections, can i upgrade straight away or claim on my insurance policy to have my phone replaced ? ive got a crack in the screen and because im in collections, i cant claim on the insurance.

As soon as any bar has lifted and the Collections tag on your account is no longer showing, you're good to make an insurance claim.
We recommend that this can take up to 24 hours, but it's often much quicker than that.
With upgrades, it would depend on what your credit class is showing as at our end, so if you were wanting to upgrade right away it'd definitely be worth checking in with our team so they can let you know all of your options.
