Hi 

I am currently in France and my phone isn’t working when I’m not connected to Wi-Fi 

my roaming is on so not sure why this is?

@ZoeIngram   When you say your roaming is on is that on on your device or on your my EE account?    Did you text ROAMING to 150 before you left the UK ?  Or did you call customer services to request roaming be enabled on your EE account?
