Hi I’m wondering if anyone can help. Recently switched over to the 4gEE smart hub as apparently it would work better for my home setup (faster mbp for work from home and gaming). Had the smart hub for around 2 months and after the first month started noticing WiFi dipping in out now and then would go back to normal. However now the biggest problem I’m faced with is that there is no signal coming from the hub at all, I can’t connect to my laptop or using my PS5 for gaming. Rang EE and they said an EE mast went down last week in my area but went back online last week. They can’t seem to diagnose the problem on their end and I’m left without any solution.
I’ve tried multiple solutions such as turning on and off, unplugging, resetting, taking sim card out and putting back in, nothing works. When I reset the red button comes on to show no signal, then it just changes back to the green lights but there is no WiFi? £400 to come out of contract and would really appreciate some advice.

Do you have another EE/unlocked device that you could try your SIM in, just to see if the SIM card is working?
