I have several legacy orange tariffs, which I have been informed will be 'unavailable' when 3g closes and that I will be automatically put on an appropriate contract when the deadline is reached if I do nothing, the only available contracts according to customer service will add £28.00 per month to my existing bill with absolutely no extra value to the way I use these numbers. Customer service agent said they would raise a dispute item on my behalf. Can anyone tell me where or how I can see this disputes progress. There is no information concerning it on my online account ( that I can see). I wish to get it resolved before the deadline. Not wishing to enter into the additional expenditure or lose the use of these numbers.

@Dexi2022 There is nothing for you to look at. If you wish to sort this yourself before the deadline then take a look at what’s available what you would like and get it.

Thanks.
