@chrisliu12138 Are you on contract or PAYG ? If on contract did you enable roaming on your EE account? And if on PAYG have you purchased the roaming add on or have credit on your account to pay the daily rate ? You can not use your allowances within the EU for free any more there is a charge. Please see THIS about roaming with EE with PAYG.
