Zero signal on EE

xxx xxx Zero signal for all EE phones - EE mast checker says we have brilliant signal - we don't.

Tried restyarts and allsorts but getting nothing at all.

@safetygeek  Click the check status tab not the coverage tab.  That will report if there is an issue.
