We have had no coverage in Burford (OX18) since Wed 27th Nov, but all the websites say there are no issues.  I cannot find anywhere online to get real time updates.

Hello @MMC1234 ,

Welcome to the community,

Have you reported that you do not have coverage, which you can do and then will get updates?

Have you tried your SIM card in another phone to see if it is working, as it could be faulty, or the phone could have developed a fault?

Have you rebooted your phone, taken the SIM card out, given it a clean, also the sim tray?

Do you know if anyone else has a problem who is with EE?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to ensure your phone hasn't "dropped off" available coverage. Also perform a manual network search to check EE is available, before trying anything unnecessary with your SIM.

Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker  in the first instance, to check for local service outages. The "report a problem" link should be used if no issues are reported but EE users continue to have issues.A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.
