Any update on this please? Social media useless and haven't got time to call.

Coverage checker says issues but there's no info alongside it.

Thanks

@bpants , we have no idea here in the community, but if coverage checker says there are issues, then that is why there is a problem, and depending on why, can depend how long it will take to sort the issue out.

If you want to find out more, then you will have to give EE a call, why no time to do so?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Why can't they detail the issue and fix time like everyone else does.

I'm busy at work and dont have time, and dont always have WiFi access. Not that it's anything to do with you.

Out of interest, which operator have you seen that details the specific issue on network faults? I'm curious what level of detail you're looking for/comparing with.

@bpants , you came here looking for answers, so to write that it’s nothing to do with me, then that is ridiculous, as you must have time sometime to contact EE, as here we do not have the answers, this is a public forum, sorry you feel like that.
