I have called the ee customer service technical support 

After 1 month experiencing no signal and issues with my line 

 

I am not happy how the operator deal with my case 

 

I will escalate this matter to the ombudsman office 

 

Very upset with EE service and Customer service

Aside from a local coverage outage, which you can check using the status checker already advised, what are the issues you're having?
