I have exactly the same problem. Very frustrating that I can't even call or text 150 to get help. I've turned the phone on and off, taken out the sim card and put it back in again. No luck. Urgently need help because working from home today and can't get hold of EE. VERY frustrating!!

Your post has been moved to a new thread, it's often better to explain your issues rather than adding to another. Can you explain the problem you have with your EE service?
You can use WiFi-calling anytime you have indoor coverage issues - this enables full use of your phone without mobile network service.
