Unable to Make O/G calls ,Can receive I/C calls..

My phone is an oppo A9 2020. I am unable to make O/G calls or send texts, I can receive calls & Texts. When I attempt to make a call I get the following message
"Cannot connect to mobile network".
My wife's phone, same network, works perfectly. Network Status Checker reports no problems in my post code.

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? And if you're PAYG, do you have credit or an appropriate pack to make the call?

If you swap your SIM with your wife's phone, does the problem follow your SIM (and suggest an account or SIM issue) or remain with your phone?
