Signal issues

I’m new to EE after being with O2 network for years, I am beginning to regret my decision as the signal is very poor and at times I can’t get a connection at all, I’m missing important calls

@MRSMT1  Did you not test the signal with a PAYG sim before changing provider?     All networks have good and poor coverage areas.   WiFi calling can help if you have a WiFi network.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @MRSMT1

Welcome to the Community.

I'm disappointed to hear that we've left you feeling this way.

I would advise contacting our Technical Support Team so they can look into this in closer detail. They'll be able to run some further checks on any issues you're facing and give you the best advice.

Out of interest, do miss unimportant calls as well? Sorry, I've often thought this a slightly odd expression.

Seriously though - compare the coverage you're getting, with that predicted by the online coverage map.. is it about right?
