I have no signal when am at home

Could you check the status of the network in your area, if you enter your postcode into our coverage checker and hit 'check status'?

This will show you if we have any problems reported in the area.

Is this a recent problem, or has it always been this way? The faults checker linked to above is a good check of temporary network issues.

WiFi-calling is a good solution for any indoor coverage issues.
