Hi 

I switched to sim only 5G 100mbps max speed 

Sadly the best speed I can get is 25mbps, knowing I used to get 180 in our street.

That's 75% slower 

I'm ending my contract if they don't fix the problem .

@Atlas20  Have a look at THIS  and click the check status tab.  There could be a network issue in your area.

What did you switch to your current plan from?

Was it a 4G-plan or another 5G-enabled one?

I switched from 5G with phone contract & no maximum speed.

@Atlas20   If you look at your plan type via your EE account. Does it says it’s an essential plan or a no frills plan ?

Hi @Atlas20,

That sounds like you've selected the 'Check coverage' option again.

Please try 'check status'. If it doesn't report any issues, you'll see an option to report a problem.
