My mobile phone contract ended a few months ago and since then my signal has been atrocious. 

 

I paid about £85 per month for my phone and was perfectly happy with it and, apart from the signal, still am.

 

I now pay £25 a month for a sim only deal.

 

It regularly goes to zero bars in places where you would normally expect a good signal. 

 

City centres, train stations. The signal is now atrocious. 

 

I am leaving EE very soon!

Ps if you have seen the adverts, do not get an online shave from them unless you want your throat cut 🤣

@CreateAccount  The change of tariff type doesn’t effect the signal on the device as it’s only an account change and this has nothing to do with the SIM card in your device.   What device is it you are using?

Do other EE users in these same locations have the same problems? If they do, then you can use the network status checker to report a problem for further investigation.

 

I suspect your phone has developed a fault, but a comparison with other users would be a good test here.
