Hi
I have an iPhone 14 pro max. Can't call out or get incoming calls. Spent 2 hours on another phone to EE last night and an hour in the shops today. Apparently it's a problem that EE know about but don't know when it'll be fixed. We just have to wait according to the unhelpful man in the shop today. In the meantime I'm paying a very expensive contract and can't use my phone... fuming.

Yes having the same problem. Spent 2 hours on the phone last night. An hour in the shop today. Apparently it's a problem EE know about and are working on it. Don't know when it's gonna be fixed and how long it will take. I'm furious.

Does the Network Status Checker show an estimated timescale for the problem to be fixed? (Select the 'check status' option after entering your postcode and device)
