I work for the company that supplies you're electricity, i was on call last night. It would much appreciated if you could inform me of problems with the network. I totally understand the pressures you as a company are under. But this problem started in the gl193 area early Friday morning.

Hi @Davevans21
Does the Network Status Checker show any reported problems for the area if you select the 'check status' option after entering your postcode and device? If not, please select 'report a problem' and complete the details to get this looked into, the network team will update you once the area has been investigated.
If you select 'Manage saved locations' you can also add a location to get updates on problems and work needed in the area.
Leanne.

Electrical power to all of EE's network sites are supplied by the local DNO - there is no single national supplier, but I would presume you work for either Scottish Power or SSE.
It's inherently difficult in mobile telecoms to proactively advise users of "local" issues when those users are not fixed to a specific area. You can use the "My Places" function on the web status checker to register upto 5 postcodes for proactive updates on planned & unplanned outages.
