EE Mast Lease

Hi there. 
Could you possibly help me with this number also, I have recently bought a property which has a rooftop mast which I would like to discuss with someone.

All EE network sites have a "health & safety" type notice on the entrance to the compound, that has a number for - amongst other things - Estates queries.

I'd also expect such installations to have been picked up as part of legal searches.
