I'm in anfield having same issues since 31st January. Weak/slow speeds laggy buffering.  No date on resolvement of this issue I'm new to EE and this is poor start to my contract I do not have broadband at home so rely on my mobile device

What does the network status checker report for your area?

Good signal outdoor poor signal indoors
Also having issues with masts in area had problems since 31st January was
working fine before this date

Sounds like you've used the "check coverage" option on the status webtool, not the "check status" option that looks for known faults & issues in an area.
