Is this happening in all locations or one postcode area?
Have you tried restarting your phone?
Do you know of anyone else having the same or similar issues?

Is this a recent problem?
The bars on your phone-screen are only a rough indicator and one-bar is still a bar. If incoming or outgoing calls are failing, that's not a coverage issue - but shouldn't happen.
