Problem with network

Hi, I have problem with network on my phone from last 2 weeks, I can’t use 4G and 3G if I need, can you have check please

Can you make calls and send texts? 

Are you in the UK? 

Is this happening in more than one area?

Are you saying that your phone is getting 3G rather than 4G service?

Although not ideal, you should be able to make calls & use basic data services over the 3G network.

When did you last restart your phone or toggle flight mode?
