I recently had a conversation about the shocking service in our area. We are not paying for a service you are not providing. I received a text today saying the case is closed, with no solution to our problem. I cannot remember the last time I had a decent phonecall with someone, without phone breaking up. Wi-fi keeps buffering, but you think it acceptable to send me a bill. As I said if you are not supplying the service which once was very good, why on earth would you think customers should pay.?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

@Mags33 Wi-Fi has nothing to do with EE as that’s a signal between your device and a router. Or do you mean cellular data ?
is this issue indoors or outdoors?

Is this problem indoors, outdoors or both? If it's indoors, then WiFi-calling is the recommended mitigation meaning you can use your phone regardless of mobile coverage. WiFi is just a connection between a mobile device and a broadband router and has nothing to do with EE's mobile network.
If the problem is outdoors - do other EE users have similar problems in the same areas?

Hi @Mags33
Try turning off 5G as that tends to be the issue so I have found.
Thanks
