There has been no network EE in andover for 4 days, can anyone help please . Does anyone know anything, what the issue is and when it's likely to be working again.

You can use the "check status" option on the coverage tool to query & report outages on a local level.

Please can anyone help. In Andover there has even issues with the EE network in that it isn't available. I don't suppose anyone has I formation about this and when it may be sorted out . Its driving me crackers I have to be honest. Any information would be greatly appreciated

Is EE phone signal down in NG2 area. I have not been able to phone or text for 24 hours

Nottingham is a big area.
Please follow the advice in the earlier reply to use "check status" on the website tool.

I have done this a number of times. I would like EE to contact us and tell us what on earth they are doing and what,they are going to do to help us. I work from home using my mobile as a secure connection and you can't change it . So I am unable to work. Please EE contact your customers and update us and help us

It says there is no issue. But I called the EE shop in town and therr are issues all over EE with no network detected. There are issues all over apparently. This doesn't help me on the short time does t. It. So I will be paying a from never having used it . No sorry no acknowledgement at all. Very bad customer service
