Phone Service

My mobile phone is currently having no service, it happened about half hour ago and came back now it’s gone off again. Is it something to do with my mobile phone or is EE service down?

Hi @serenmai123 I'm concerned to hear that you've got no phone service, I can imagine it's very frustrating for you.

I'd recommend popping your postcode in this signal checker as it will let you know if there are any issues affecting your area at the moment.
