Ongoing signal issues

Same here. No signal for 7 days. I drove 50 miles return journey to get emails and other important messages.

Problem fixed and then within few days, no signal again!

So, when EE advertise on TV  it is misleading. I would not advise anyone to sign up to EE. (eejits, eejts)

Short-term local outages happen on all networks from time-to-time, no operator will offer 100% uptime in all areas - whilst losses-of-service are always kept to a minimum.

You can use the online status webtool to check for local issues, and also register for updates on upto 5 UK locations of your choice.
