Ongoing network issue in GU34 5AJ

Is there an ongoing network issue in above postcode.  Service has been up and down and really poor when connecting for about 2 weeks.  The network status on web site constantly says known issue. Is something ever going to be done about it before i move to Three?!?

Service problem in GU34 5AJ We're on it. We expect good service within 16 hours, but some fixes take a little longer.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I am aware of this, i check it every day, the message has been there for over a week I am wandering whether there are any genuine plans to fix this issue, the 16hours stated will be more like 16days soon!

Some issues do take longer to resolve than would be ideal, but are never intentionally delayed.

You might wish to update the message that states 16hrs as it has done every day for 2 weeks yet its not been fixed. Yet again today, network crashing constantly. If there is a major issue the courtesy of communication to you customers would be a good start.
