No signal

I have had no phone or data signal for a couple of days. Network coverage is good in my area. I have turned my phone off and on, turned airplane mode on and off again and I removed and replaced my SIM card all to no avail. I can’t get through on the phone and would appreciate some advice.

Thank you for your reply. I phoned EE in the end and they said to call into a store to replace the SIM card. I did that and my problem is solved. Thank you.

@Raymond9 , it looks like either your SIM card has developed a fault or your phone.

Are you on a contract or pay as you go?

If pay as you go, how long is it since you used your phone/sim card?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

The coverage checker tool has two options..

1: "Check coverage" predicts normal service in your location - it sounds like you've used this option.

2: "Check status" searches for known faults & issues - did you use this?

The status check also allows reporting of issues not yet flagged.
