No signal in China

Hi, I am currently in China and my EE sim card has no signal. Could you please let me know how to solve this?

I am on monthly contract and have my roaming function on. My sim card worked perfectly well in my past few trips to China (the last time was April 2023). And the roaming was working in January when I travel to France & Switzerland. 

I tried to change phones, turn on and off plane mode, and manually change the network provider. None of them works. I also did not receive a text from EE this time when I landed.

Are you aware of anyone else experiencing this?

Have you made any changes to your account since your last visit abroad that could of switched off roaming outside the EU?
